DR. SCOTT RIPPERGER, DVM

Scott Ripperger

Dr. Scott Ripperger grew up in Grandview, Missouri, and graduated from Grandview Senior High School in 1985. He grew up with multiple hunting dogs, including Hobo the beagle and Chip the English pointer. After high school he attended and graduated from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and pursued his first career in information technology. Then in 2005, Dr. Ripperger re-entered academia to pursue his passion for animal health. He received his D.V.M. from Kansas State University in 2011 and since then he has worked at animal clinics in Kansas City, KS and Prairie Village, KS.

When away from the animal hospital, Dr. Ripperger enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephew. He also enjoys most outdoor activities including kayaking, mountain biking, hiking and camping.
